How To Order
Original handcrafted collection
Each design is bespoke to you, so we prefer to discuss your requirements on an informal
one to one basis. We can visit you at home (within a 30 mile radius) or you can pop down to the studio, whichever
you feel most comfortable with. Once we have discussed your requirements and you have
confirmed which design service you require we will then create several designs for your approval.
Printed Portfolio
If you visit the studio or have browsed through one of our printed collections online at home,
Wish Designs will place the order direct with the supplier and order a FREE email proof for you
to approve. If you require a FREE card sample prior to ordering, we'll organise that for you too.
If you prefer to order online from our CCA Ltd collection there are just a few simple steps to complete your order. You can also order 3 FREE wedding card samples; please follow the easy links in our sample section.
Simple steps to online ordering
- Select an album and browse through the designs available
- Select chosen design and click order stationery
- Enter your chosen quantities for Day, Order of Service etc and click update button to view your order total.
- Choose typeface, style and ink colour
- Complete your wedding details
- Choose your wording styles for Day and Evening invitations
- Enter details for your Order of Service and select hymns and music
- Enter menu details
- Enter your name, address, email and delivery details
- Select your preferred proof option
- Check the order details are correct
- Pay for your order on the secure online system PayPal, alternatively print out your order and post it to Wish Designs
The whole process takes just a few minutes, after which orders will be with you in as little as 10 working days after proof approval.
Prices
All prices include printing, co-ordinated envelopes and VAT.
Wording
Four standard wordings are on offer, when ordering please quote the relevant wording number.
If you would like to personalise the wording please show in the special instructions box.
You can choose your own wordings at no extra charge.
Typeface
There are nine choices of typefaces. Please select your preferred option.
Ink Selection
Please select an ink colour and state if you require flat (not available for Gold or Silver)
or raised ink (available in all colours).
Colours
There are five colour options of flat ink including, blue, grey, black, brown and burgundy.
If you require raised ink there will be an additional charge of £15.00 per order, regardless
of quantity. Please note this option is not available for Orders of Service, Order of the Day
and Menus.
Proofs
A FREE email proof will be sent prior to printing and will take only a few hours.
A hard copy layout proof can be posted or faxed and costs £5.00, takes 7-10 working days and is printed with black ink on white paper.
A card proof will cost £25.00, takes 7-10 working days and will be an exact replica of your card.
The first layout proof for Order of Services is free and is highly recommended.
Delivery Address
Please state your chosen address for delivery. Please note: we do require a signature on delivery.
Express Service
If you require your order urgently we can provide an express service.
We require your order by 9.30am at the latest and for a charge of £50 regardless of quantity
we'll deliver your order guaranteed in 3 working days. (excludes Bank Holidays)
